Rats can be so cute! In fact, I named my pet rat after him. (I also heard that the actor who voiced him named his son after him. . .see? Rats rock!) Back when I first saw this movie, I was smitten by this little guy. He was so dashing! (well yeah the sword helped but that couldn't be *it*...after all, Jenner had a sword and...woof! ;P!)
There's some juicy gossip about Justin and Mrs. Brisby, the lovely little mouse heroine of the movie. This is silly, IMHO! Justin was not created as a romantic interest for her! Yeah, Justin impressed her (well she's a little mouse! Larger critters impress her!) and yeah Mrs. Brisby impressed Justin (she was after all THE Mrs. Jonathan Brisby!) but I really think that's as far as it ever went. I think people get trigger-happy when it comes to leads in movies...it would throw a wrench in the story for them to be "involved".
